Young people who have been affected by Covid or Long Covid can take part in a free online programme to learn how to manage the effects of the condition and boost their strength and motivation.
The Hope Programme is for people aged 16-18 whose health and wellbeing has been affected by Long Covid. The course starts on June 14 and runs for four weeks. Sessions, which take about two hours to complete, are released weekly so people can do them in their own time.
Participants will find out more about Long Covid and how to manage it. The course will also help them to increase their confidence and strength, build helpful habits and connect with other people going through the same situation.
