Referral Criteria

Young People's Mental Health Assessment Team (Used to be known as the Young People’s Deliberate Self Harm Team)

Currently referrals are made from the Emergency Departments within the acute hospitals in Bristol.  Staff in the emergency department assess the young persons needs and refer appropriately.
