Early Years
Sorting Out Sounds
This is a course for parents of pre-school children giving ideas on supporting their child’s speech sounds and suggesting some game to try at home.
School Age
These courses are being run for parents with school age children in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Getting Started with PECS for Parents
An introduction to using Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) at home. For parents and carers that have children who have ASD &/or Social Communication Difficulties, and are non-verbal or using limited language.
Getting Started with Signing for Parents
An introduction to sign language for parents, carers and families of children who would benefit from sign.
Encouraging Communication at Home
For Parents and Families to understand and learn about language development and how to make their home communication friendly. For young children or those with a language delay.
