We value the views of children, young people and parents / carers on how their community health services are run so that we can make your experience of these services as good as possible.

The Community Children’s Health Partnership is always interested to hear what you say about its services. We have surveys for you to give your views, waiting rooms have feedback slips and you are welcome to ring, email or write to us with your comments.
Barnardo’s have organised consultations with parents and young people through focus groups, interviews and questionnaires to look at a specific part of a service that needs reviewing. One of the improvements resulting from this has been increasing the number of families attending their appointments by making our systems better for people to understand.
