Chrissie Hardman, Head of Children and Family Health Services, said: “We have all worked with parents, carers, young people and our partners to ensure a collaborative approach. Intervening early before problems develop is key to supporting our local children and families and we are keen to improve our listening to what matters to families and responding to individual needs.”
